Daeron, being a faithful servant to Thingol, desperately loved his daughter Luthien, even though he knew it was impossible for them to be together. Yet she chose a human being to be with, even more unsuitable match for the princess of elves with mayar's blood in her veins!
Her story had a happy-end. Daeron's had not. He left Doriath to wild forests and was never heard of thereafter.

This album is a collection of songs about unrequied love and difficult life choices, of wandering and, ultimately, of death.
